Terms and Conditions

Prices quoted are good for 60 days. Down payments are non-refundable.

Custom orders that have a remaining outstanding balance 60 days or more after completion of the order may be sold as-is to recoup the cost of labor and/or materials.

Any materials ordered for a project, but not completely used by the project itself, remain the sole property of Troy Acklin and Acklin Crafts; unless a previous arrangement has been reached. All materials are ordered from outside manufacturers, unless the material is already in Acklin Crafts physical inventory; Troy Acklin and Acklin Crafts are not responsible for shipping times or sizing differences with regards to materials ordered from outside manufacturers.

The artist (Troy Acklin) and this website (Acklin Crafts) are not responsible for any misuse of products made by Troy Acklin or Acklin Crafts.

Any materials purchased for a project, and  the labor costs for that project  have not been paid for after 60 days time will be assimilated into Acklin Crafts leather inventory. If there has been no contact from the client during this time the client shall receive one email reminder from Acklin Crafts.

If during the 60 days Clients keep Acklin Crafts apprised of the situation concerning the project and funds we will keep your materials safely on hand from you until said project is paid for in full.

All materials paid for are non-refundable and will be held for 60 days or more depending the arrangement that has been made with Acklin Crafts Leather.

All customers of Acklin Crafts are subject to these Terms and Conditions when doing business with Acklin Crafts.
